Just like in the pharmaceutical industry the chemical industry seems to think that ,if no laws are regulating toxic substances in Africa,it allows them to sell substances they would never dare to sell in western countries .They know damn well the consequences of highly toxic substances on the population, the fauna and flora, but their hunger for more profit is so much stronger than their conscience .Whatever is prohibited for sale in western countries is simply dumped in Africa,Asia,South America where laws are less strict and their lobbying power so much more efficient.
